VENDOR FAQ
Brief note:
Thank you again for considering vending with us! As of this time we are a smaller venue so we're very limited on space for our vendors. We can only fit 1-3 vendors per monthly event. We foresee that this event will grow quickly, but please give us some time to understand how we can expand the space to allow more vendors per event. We have plans in the works!Costs:
No charge to our selected vendors, as we truly believe in supporting the arts as part of Central Arts' mission. We would appreciate any donation at the end of the event, but it is not required!Vending environment:
- Indoor vending
- "Club-Like" environment (low lighting, loud music, ebb & flow of crowd density)
- Earplugs provided to vendors and patrons upon request to staff members.Selection process:
As of right now, we are keeping a track of vendors who reached out to us via spreadsheet, but the only completely fair way to bring on new vendors is by a lottery drawing. This may change at any time to another system-- when that happens we'll update this page.
Vendor requirements:
Our mission is to curate a safe, fun environment to celebrate Otaku culture, and to showcase local art & talent in DFW. This also means our vendors must also meet the criteria. You may NOT SELL OR DISPLAY the following merchandise:
- Any NSFW items.
- Any food, drink, or alcohol.
- Controversial merchandise.Vendors must:
- Not exceed past the table they chose (either 6ft x 2.5ft or 4ft x 2ft).
- Any taller displays must be secured carefully to prevent injury.During the event, if you do not meet criteria we will ask you to leave. How to apply:
Please reach out to [email protected] with the following:- Subject: ASDFW Vendor Application
- Table Size: <either 6ft x 2.5ft or 4ft x 2ft>
